Return & Refund policy


We do no accept returns on parts or accessories due to “change of mind”

If you decide you no longer want the part, after your order has been placed, please contact us ASAP on 4954 5844

If your order has not yet been packed, we may, at discretion of management, arrange a refund for you. Less any processing fees.

If you order has already been ordered, packed and/or sent. No refund can be offered.


We take no responsibility for ordering of incorrect parts. If in doubt, please call us.

Faulty Items

If you received an item you believe to be faulty. Please contact our team, via phone or email. We will require an email outlining the fault, with relevant pictures. Once we have reviewed your request, we will contact you to discuss.

Please do not send back any faulty parts until we have approved the return.

We can arrange for pre-paid shipping to have the item returned to us. We ask that you pack the parts as they were sent to you.

If an item is deemed to be faulty, we will offer you either a replacement, credit, or refund.

Each case is addressed on its own merits. We offer no guarantee that an item will be deemed as faulty.

No electrical items, can be returned as faulty

Incorrect parts selection, fitment, or transit damage will not be treated as faulty.


Scooters cannot be returned, if faulty, they will be repaired under warranty. They are not eligible for change of mind.
